GENEVA 2017: Rebellion Timepieces Predator 2.0

GENEVA 2017: Rebellion Timepieces Predator 2.0

Rebellion conceived and developed the Predator 2.0 in the same spirit as the rest of its collection: with authenticity, refined design, uncompromising quality and performance. In the past, regulator-clocks were used as references by watchmakers to set the time, and in observatories.

Regulator 2.0 Power Reserve

Rebellion conceived and developed the Predator 2.0 in the same spirit as the rest of its collection: with authenticity, refined design, uncompromising quality and performance. In the past, regulator-clocks were used as references by watchmakers to set the time, and in observatories. The Predator 2.0 Regulator Power Reserve displays its legacy with a design blending watchmaking history and racing car aesthetics. Wearing the Predator 2.0 Regulator Power Reserve is like climbing into a racing car: The “dashboard” displays two attractive counters for the hours and minutes and is completed by a uniquely shaped second hand.

Check your fuel gauge at 6 o’clock and get into pole position! The 3D architecture reveals the date at 4 o’clock. The self-winding movement offers a generous 46 hours of power reserve, a genuine tribute to endurance racing. The exclusive case allows considerable space for personalization.

Predator 2.0 Regulator Tourbillon

Rebellion conceived and developed the Predator 2.0 in the same spirit as the rest of its collection: with authenticity, refined design and uncompromising quality and performance. Superbly complex, the Predator 2.0 Regulator Tourbillon is the perfect technical and aesthetic fusion between racing cars and fine watches. The Predator 2.0 Regulator Tourbillon reveals a profound watchmaking legacy with a regulator display and a tourbillon at 6 o’clock, which performs one revolution in one minute.

The engine regulated by Louis Abraham’s famous invention ensures exceptional accuracy by offsetting disruption of the balance isochronism due to Earth’s gravity. Wearing the Predator 2.0 Regulator Tourbillon is like getting into a racing car. The “dashboard” displays two attractive counters for the hours and minutes and is completed by a cleverly shaped second’ hand. The racing car aesthetics reveal the date at 5 o’clock and the self-winding movement provides an astounding 65 hours of power reserve, a genuine tribute to endurance racing! The exclusive case allows considerable space for personalization.

Predator 2.0 GMT

Rebellion conceived and developed the Predator 2.0 in the same spirit as the rest of its collection: with authenticity, refined design and uncompromising quality and performance. The Predator 2.0 GMT is the ultimate technical and aesthetic fusion between racing cars and fine watches. The unique display is directly inspired from the brakes of racecars, which, like the engines, are an integral part of the vehicles' performance, power, endurance, resistance and reliability!

In fact, wearing the Predator 2.0 Regulator GMT is like pushing the brake pedal of a racing car. The dashboard features an astonishing hour hand made up of a disc with a red caliper. You can plan to drive your watch at any of the world's great tracks, from Daytona to Le Mans, thanks to the large, circular time zone indicator at 6 o'clock. The racing car aesthetics are rounded off by the uniquely shaped seconds’ hand. The self-winding movement provides a generous 42 hours of power reserve, a genuine tribute to endurance racing!

Geneva's famed Espace Barton hosts a special Rebellion Timepieces Event

One of Geneva’s most attractive events’ venues is the historic Espace Barton, a former hippodrome built in the early 20th century. It stands right opposite the city's hallmark fountain in the lake, the "Jet d'Eau."

A visit during the Salon Internationale de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH) is especially worthwhile, since it will be  the venue used by REBELLION Timepieces to exhibit its latest products. These include three new Predator 2.0 models, the Regulator Power Reserve, the Regulator Tourbillon, and the GMT. With a bit of luck, you will meet champion swimmer Camille Lacourt, the brand's newest ambassador, and a family man who’s comfortable competing in water as he is in hard-driving cars during the Andros Trophy.

So welcome, media of the world, professional buyers, collectors, aficionados and friends of the brand!

Monday January 16, to Thursday January 19, REBELLION TIMEPIECES will be at the Espace Barton, rue Barton 7, in Geneva
